Bring the kiddos and enjoy the company of mama and littles as we work out, de-stress and have a some fun!

9:30am:  Fit4Mom 

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute mommy and me stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.
All you need to bring is a stroller, a water bottle, and some snacks/toys for you kiddo if old enough.

Workout is for Women Only please.

10:30am:  Storytime with The Tower Princess.  Spring is in the air and our Tower Princess will entertain the littles with a story and always include fun!  Bring on the sun and enjoy an outing to the mall to hear our storytime.
All guests welcome to the storytime.
